本次讲座将针对下一代网络的管理和控制问题进行讨论，重点介绍意图驱动网络定义、架构、特征、自动化和智能化的需求及其潜在使用案例。

即将到来的智能世界将为超宽带的发展提供新的机遇。视频用户大幅增长，数百万企业向云迁移。领先国家发布5G商用时间表。然而，很多运营商网络仍然缺乏敏捷运营系统。维护困难，只依靠少量的安全特性进行保护，难以支撑未来业务发展的不确定性。为此，华为推出了具有智能、简化、超快特征的意图驱动网络（IDN），帮助运营商应对未来业务的不确定性。

This talk covers the topics on management and control for next generation networks, focusing on the definition, requirements, architecture, potential use cases for automation and intelligence of IDN.

The forthcoming intelligent world will present new opportunities for the development of ultra-broadband. The number of video users has increased significantly, and millions of enterprises are migrating to the cloud. Leading countries have released timetables for 5G commercial deployment. However, many carrier networks still lack agile operation systems. They are hard to maintain, and rely on only a small number of security features for protection, which makes it difficult to support the future development of business where uncertainties are rife. To this end, Huawei has launched the Intent-driven Network (IDN), to help operators address future business uncertainties, which has three key features: intelligent, simplified, and super-fast.

演讲人简介：

刘树成，华为技术有限公司担任网络融合技术研究部网络控制与软件技术域主任，其研究兴趣包括网络智能、NFV/SDN、ICN、IPv6和IoT。并担任首席标准代表，负责网络智能和网络研究部的SDN领域。

刘博士一直积极参与标准和技术专业的组织，担任ETSI ISG ENI副主席、ETSI ISG IP6秘书、IETF OPS部长、IETF工作组成员、ETSI工作组成员、九个RFC的作者、ETSI一个工作项目的报告员、网络科学与工程事务中的智能网络管理特别问题的来宾编辑、IEEE网络杂志和下一代无线网络的NFV特别问题、在IEEE通信杂志中的特别问题、计算机联网领域的几个会议和期刊的参考/TPC等。在IEEE国际网络协议会议（ICNP）、IEEE国际计算机通信会议（INFOCOM）和国际分布式计算系统会议（ICDCS）等主要会议上发表了多篇论文。

Dr. LIU currently serves as Network Control & Software Technical Area Director at Huawei Technologies Co.,Ltd. His research interests include network intelligence, NFV/SDN, ICN, IPv6 and IoT. He also served as Principal Standard Delegate responsible for network intelligence and SDN area in network research dept.

He has been actively contributing in organizations of standards and technical professional. He served as Co-founder and Technical Manager of ETSI ISG ENI, Vice-Chairman of ETSI ISG IP6, Secretary of IRTF SDNRG, Member of IETF OPS area Directorates, key Proponent of IETF SUPA WG, Author of 9 RFCs, Rapporteur of 1 work item in ETSI; Guest Editors of Special Issue on Intelligent Network Management in IEEE Transactions on Network Science and Engineering, NFV Special Issue in IEEE Network Magazine and Architecture For Next Generation Wireless Networks Special Issue in IEEE Communications Magazine, and Referees/TPCs for several conferences and journals in computer networking area. He has published papers in leading conferences including IEEE International Conference on Network Protocols (ICNP), IEEE International Conference on Computer Communications (INFOCOM), and International Conference on Distributed Computing Systems (ICDCS).
